Beetroot Sallad

1 kg fresh beetroot (or precooked slightly salted)
2 dl (200 ml) crème fraiche
0.5 dl (50 ml) mayonnaise
salt
black pepper
1 pinch of sugar

Peel and dice the beetroot. Boil in salted water until soft (20-30 minutes).

Remove the water and mix the beetroots with crème fraiche and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and sugar to the taste.
