Mango Chutney Sauce

600 ml crème fraiche
6 tbsp mango chutney
2 ml curry
2 ml ground ginger
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 big red onion, shopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Chop onion very fine and mix all ingredients together.
