Brown Creamy Sauce

50g butter
1 dl (100ml) flour
1 rich beef stock
6 dl (600ml) cream
4 dl (400ml)milk

Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir down the flour and the beef stock. Add a little bit of milk and stir to lump free. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Let simmer for a few minutes and add milk until you get desired texture.

If you prefer a lighter sauce replace the cream with milk.
