Fish with prawns and dill

1.2 kg whitefish
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp black pepper
1 dl (100 ml) cheese, grated

Sauce

250g prawns (cooked and peeled)
4 tbsp butter
6 tbsp flour
1 liter milk
salt
pepper
0.5 dl (50g) fresh chopped dill*

Thaw the fish and cut in 2cm pieces. Place in an oven proof dish and add salt and pepper.

Cover with aluminium foil and bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Sauce

Melt the butter in a saucepan, remove from heat and stir in the flour. Add milk and stir well. Bring back to the hob and let cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the prawns and the dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce over the fish and add the grated cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.

Serve with potato and a fresh salad.
