Quick Buns

100g butter
0.75 dl (75 ml) sugar
1 egg
1.5 dl (150 ml) milk
5.5 dl (550 ml) flour
3 tsp baking powder

Topping:
egg
pearl sugar (or icing sugar)

Stir butter and sugar. Add egg, milk and flour mixed with baking powder. With a large spoon “click” out the batter on an oven tray (on grease proof paper). Brush with egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar. Bake for 12 minutes in 225-250°C.
