Nilla’s Cake

 20-24   225°C     15 min  

7.5 dl (750 ml) flour
4.5 dl (450 ml) sugar
2.5 ml vanilla powder
7 tsp baking powder
250 g butter
3-4 eggs
3 dl (300 ml) milk

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the butter and mix everything to a dry crumb. Put 300 ml aside for later.

Add eggs and milk and whisk to a smooth batter. Pour into an oven tray, lined with grease proof paper. Cover with the set aside crumb. Bake in oven 225ºC for 15 minutes.

Cut in pieces and powder some icing sugar over the cake when it has cooled down.

Easy and quick cake that makes many bites. If you’re a chocolate freak chop some chocolate and mix in the crumb.
