225g butter

2 dl granulated sugar

0.5 dl golden syrup

0.5 dl double cream

5 dl oats

35g pumpkin seeds *

35g sunflower seeds *

35g chopped almonds *

0.5 dl flour

2 tsp vanilla sugar or 2 ml vanilla powder

Put butter, sugar, syrup and cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer a few minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Spread out on a big oven tray covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 15 minutes in 200°C. Let cool before cut to pieces.

* if you don’t have all these take 100g of one or a combination of seeds
