Chocolate Gooey Cake

8 eggs
12 dl (1.2 l) sugar
2 ml vanilla powder
1 tsp salt
2.5-3 dl (250-300 ml) cocoa
6 dl (600 ml) flour
400 g melted butter

Mix all ingredients. Pour in a oven pan with grease proof paper. Put in oven 175ºC for about 35 minutes (depends on the depth of the cake/size of the pan). It should still be a bit wet when you take it out or it will be too dry when cooled down. Serve with whipped cream.

Chocolate gooey cake, or kladdkaka as we say in Sweden, is a classic. Very nice to serve with whipped cream as a dessert but is equally nice just as a chocolate cake for your cuppa.
