Maritha’s Mighty Muffins

What you need

5 dl (500 ml) flour
2 dl (200 ml) sugar
1-2 ml vanilla powder
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 dl (200 ml) milk
1 dl (100 ml) melted butter

Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk the egg slightly, add milk and butter. Mix with the dry ingredients.

Add flavour: cacao, banana, blueberries, grated lime peel or chocolate.
Bake for 15 minutes in 200°C.
