Coconut Macarons

 50    30 min   200°C    20 min

50g melted butter
2 egg
2 dl (200 ml) sugar
200g desiccated coconut
(chocolate for decoration)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make balls (or ‘tops’) and put on an oven tray, covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 12 minutes in 200C.

Melt the chocolate and decorate.
