Chocolate Syrup Cookies

Credit: traditional   

2 tsp vanilla sugar or 2 ml vanilla powder

Stir butter and syrup. Add the dry ingredients and mix to a smooth dough. Let rest in the fridge for an hour.

Roll four rolls and flatten them. Put them on a oven tray with grease proof paper. Bake for 15 minutes in 175°. Cut the lengths diagonal, about 3 cm thick while still warm. Let cool and keep dry.
