1 kg falukorv (or bockwurst)
1 onion
1-3 carrots
1 red bell pepper (optional)
1-2 garlic cloves
4 tomatoes (or a can of crushed tomatoes)
1 batch Tikka Spice Mix
2-3 dl (200-300 ml) cream (or milk for a lighter dish)

Chop the vegetables, crush the garlic. Chop the sausage in thin strips. Fry together with the vegetables. Add spices and cream and let cook for a few minutes.

Serve with spaghetti or rice.
