Swedish Pancakes

2 dl (200 ml) water
1 tsp salt
6 dl (600 ml) flour
9 dl (900 ml) milk

Swedish pancakes are often eaten with whipped cream and jam. But off course the additions vary in every family, depending on tradition. The same recipe can be used to make crepes with a nice mushroom stew.
