Add the rest of the ingredients and make a wet dough.Pour the dough into a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten to a rectangle that is 2-3 cm thick.With a knife divide into smaller squares (16-20).Spread with the whipped egg and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.Bake for 15-17 minutes.
