1 kg carrots 1 kg cabbage 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 leek
Dressing: 1 dl (100 ml) vegetable oil 0,5 dl (50 ml) apple cider vinegar 1 tsp sugar 0,5 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian style herb blend
Cut all veggies really fine and mix in a big bowl. Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour it warm over the salad. Let sit an hour, stir occasionally.
Keep the sallad in a air tight container in the fridge. Can keep a week.
