Raggmunk

800g potato
1 egg
1.5 dl (150 ml) flour
3 dl (300 ml) milk
2 tsp salt
50g butter

Make a batter of egg, flour and milk. Peal the potato and grate it directly into the batter. Add salt.

Fry small pancakes in the butter. Use moderate heat so the potato will be completely cooked. Serve immediately.

The classic way of eating Raggmunk is with lingonberry jam. But it is very nice with a mushroom stew or maybe just some butter on the side.
