Mince Africana

2 large Onion chopped
4-5 cloves Garlic minced
2 tsp Ginger finely grounded
2 tsp Salt
3 dl (300 ml) Cream single or light
1-2 Bell Pepper red chopped
3 Banana sliced
100g Peanut salted

To serve: rice and a fresh salad

Chop onion and bell pepper and cut the banana in pennies. Half the cherry tomatoes.
Fry mince and onion in a large frying pan.
Add curry, minced garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, tomato puree, salt and pepper.
Add cream, cherry tomatoes and bell pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add banana and peanuts.
