Mince Africana

1500g minced beef
2 large onions
4-5 garlic cloves
4 tsp Vadovan curry
2 ml cayenne pepper
6 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp salt
4 ml black pepper
3 dl (300 ml) single cream
300g cherry tomatoes
1-2 red bell pepper
3 bananas
100g salted peanuts

Serve with rice and salad

Chop onion and bell pepper and cut the banana in pennies. Half the cherry tomatoes.
Fry mince and onion in a large frying pan.
Add curry, minced garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, tomato puree, salt and pepper.
Add cream, cherry tomatoes and bell pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add banana and peanuts.
Serve with rice and salad.
