2 dl (200 ml) sugar
2 dl (200 ml) double cream
2 dl (200 ml) golden syrup
1 tbsp butter
0.5 dl (50 ml) chopped almond

Mix cream, sugar and syrup in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and let simmer about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Make a drop test to see if ready. If too loose cook some more.

When finished add the almond and pour in small cases.
