500 g minced beef
1 red bell pepper
1 big onion
1 leek
1 garlic clove
8 dl (800 ml) beef stock
300 g soft cheese
salt
cayenne pepper
paprika powder

Fry minced beef with the chopped onion, bell pepper and leek. Add stock, garlic and cheese and bring to the boil. Season to taste.
