1 onion 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp oil 600 g green peas 8 dl (800 ml) chicken stock 1 tsp salt 2 ml black pepper crème fraiche (for serving)
Chop onion and garlic and brown in the oil in a sauce pan. Add peas and chicken stock. Cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Mix the soup before serving.
