Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the oil a little at the time. Mix flour and baking powder and mix with the other ingredients.
Roll walnut sized balls and put on grease proof paper with some space in between. Bake in 150°C for about 20 minutes.

Drömmar
This is my husbands favourite. A bullet proof way to win his heart is to serve him some fresh Drömmar and a glass of milk.
The original recipe uses hjorthornssalt (antler salt) which is difficult to find here. We have substituted with baking powder. The taste is the same but the texture of the cookie is harder and does not melt in the mouth, as does a proper Dröm.
