Peal and slice potato very thin. Put in water and let soak 20-20 minutes.
Place baking paper an oven tray. Brush slightly with oil and spices. Put the potato slices on the tray, don’t let them overlap. Brush with oil and add your spices.
Bake in 200ºC for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Watch closely to not burn. If slices are unevenly thin you might need to remove the thinner and let the rest bake a few more minutes.
