Coca Cola Caramel

1.5 dl (150 ml) double cream
1 dl (100 ml) golden syrup
2 dl (200 ml) sugar
1.5 dl (150 ml) Coca Cola

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Place a cooking thermometer in the pan, but make sure it doesn’t touch the bottom.

Bring to the boil and reduce the heat some. Let simmer until the thermometer shows 125°C (or you can make a drop test) – pour in a tray covered with grease proof paper. Let cool and cut to pieces. Wrap individually as they easily stick together.
