0.5 dl (50 ml) sugar 0.5 dl (50 ml) golden syrup 1.5 tbsp cocoa 100 g butter
Mix butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and let simmer until you can make a drop test (a drop forms when poured in cold water). Stir occasionally.
Pour on grease proof paper, let cool and cut to pieces. Wrap individually as they easily stick together.
