75 g butter 3 eggs 2 dl (200 ml) sugar 2.5 dl (250 ml) flour Blueberries (or any berries or fruit)
Melt butter and let cool slightly. Mix all ingredients together (stir gently).
Pour the batter into a springform, buttered and covered with breadcrumbs. Add your favourite berries or fruit.
Put in oven 200ºC, 25-30 minutes.
This is a favourite because it easy and only takes 30 minutes to bake. Add whatever fruit or berries you have home and you have a delicious cake for your unexpected guest.
