Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the milk and whisk together, then whisk down the butter and at last the egg. Whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Put a little butter in a frying pan and put about 1 tbsp batter per pancake. Fry for 1.5 minute, until you see bubbles. Turn a fry another 1.5 minutes.
Serving suggestions: Malpe syrup, jam and fresh cream, icing sugar or caramel cream with banana and peanuts.
