Naan

Naan is a leavened, oven-baked  or fried flatbread which is mainly found in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) but is also found in Western Asia, Central Asia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and the Caribbean.
