Cheddar cheese (cheddar) is a natural cheese that is semi hard. The colour is off-white but can also be orange if colourings are added. You can get mild cheddar or mature.
Cheddar comes from the English village of Cheddar in Somerset, South West England.

Crème Fraîche
Soured cream with a bacterial culture. Less sour and with more fat than soured cream.
