25g butter
3 dl (300 ml) milk
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
7.5 dl (750 ml) flour

milk to brush on

Melt the butter and add the milk. Warm until 37°. Add sugar and salt and most of the flour mixed with the yeast. Mix to a smooth dough. Let raise under a towel for 30 minutes.

Kneed the dough and add the rest of the flour. Divide into 9 parts. Roll out round cakes, about 12 cm. Put on a baking tray and poke some holes with a fork. Let raise covered with a towel for another 30 minutes.

Bake in 225°, for 7 minutes.* Brush with milk immediately after taken out of oven. Let cool on a baking rack, cover with a towel.

* Fan oven: 200°, 10 minutes
