2 dl Flour

2 tsp Baking powder

2 dl Granulated Sugar

2 dl Oat

1 tbsp Golden Syrup

100g Butter

0.5 dl Water

1 Egg

0.5 dl Hazelnut finely chopped

0.5 dl Almond finely chopped

2 tbsp Pine Nuts finely chopped

1 tbsp Pumpkin Seed chopped

0.5 dl White Chocolate chopped

0.5 dl Milk Chocolate chopped

Melt the butter.

Mix flour and baking powder, add sugar and oats.

Add butter, syrup and water. Mix all to a sticky dough. Let cool a few minutes.

Add the egg and then nuts and chocolate. Mix well.

With a spoon click out the dough, with some space between, on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 10 minutes.
