Mix butter, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to a fine dough. Let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Turn on the oven to 200°C.
Divide the dough in 4 and roll out to four finger thick lengths on a oven tray.
Whisk the egg and brush the lengths with egg, top with hazelnut and pearl sugar.
Cut the lengths in 4-5 cm pieces. Let stay as is on the tray to avoid dry cookies.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 9-10 minutes.
