Fry the mince and onion, then add the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for a minute.
Assemble
Roll out the dough and either cut squares or circles, 15 cm in diameter. Put a couple of spoons of the filling in the middle and turn over the dough. Press the sides together with a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes in 200°C. Brush lightly with oil when baked.
