Seedy Quick Baked Bread

4 dl (400 ml) rågsikt*
6 dl (600 ml) flour
4 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
0.75 dl (75 ml) rapeseed oil
2 tbsp honey (runny)
5 dl (500 ml) milk

Topping
Whipped egg
Various seeds (eg. poppy, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)

Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and make a wet dough.

Pour the dough into a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten to a rectangle that is 2-3 cm thick.

With a knife divide into smaller squares (16-20).

Spread with the whipped egg and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.

Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool slightly before breaking the squares.

* Rågsikt is a mix of 40% rye flour and 60% wheat flour.
