2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
2 dl (200 ml) rolled oats

 

To serve:
Whipped cream
Berries

Melt the butter in a pan until light brown. Add sugar and oats. Toast the oats until they are nicely light brown while stirring, watch carefully to not burn.

Let cool and serve with whipped cream and berries of taste.
