Gochujang

Gochujang
Korean red chili pepper paste. A savory, sweet, and spicy fermented condiment popular in Korean cooking. Recipes vary but these are common ingredients:

Rice Vinegar
Made from fermented rice in China, Japan, Korea, as Vietnam in Southeast Asia. It can be used as a sweetener in some fries, dressings, sushi rice. Can be white, red or black.

Salt

Sake
Japanese rice wine.

Gochugaru
Korean chilli pepper.
