Taco Chicken

2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp parsley chopped
Sauce

2 cloves garlic pressed
To serve

1 red onion sliced
8 portions basmati rice
0.5 head iceberg lettuce shredded

Cut the chicken in small cubes. Fry the chicken with some butter for about 5 min until finished. Stir the taco spice and the parsley in a bowl and add to to the chicken.
Mix the yoghurt with garlic and salt.

Serve with rice, salsa, cheese, red onion, sweet corn and lettuce.
