"Raw Food Salad"

Dressing

0.5 tsp salt

Cut all veggies really fine and mix in a big bowl. Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour it warm over the salad. Let sit an hour, stir occasionally.

Keep the salad in a air tight container in the fridge. Can keep a week.
