5 dl yogurt plain *
2.5 dl red onion sliced
to taste salt
2 tbsp coriander **

Place Yogurt in a bowl and whisk it until smooth. If the yogurt is too thick in consistency, add 0.5 dl water and whisk again to adjust the consistency.
Add sliced onion, salt, coriander leaves and mix until combined.
Garnish with more coriander leaves and serve onion raita chilled.

 

* Always use full-fat yogurt. Greek yogurt is too thick and might need to be diluted.
** 2 tsp dried coriander leaves or chervil works fine too
