Quiche

  8     1.5 h   200°C       10 + 25 min  

3 tbsp cold water
250g smoked ham finely cut
1 red onion finely sliced
1 tsp salt

Mix butter and flour to a crumble, add water and quickly work into a dough.

Press the dough into a large oven proof dish. Poke the bottom with a fork. Let rest i fridge for 30 minutes.

In the meantime boil the broccoli until semisoft. Preheat the oven to 225ºC.

Whisk egg, milk, cream and spices.

Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes. Then lower the oven temperature to 200ºC.

Spread the ham, broccoli, red onion and cheese evenly in the pie crust. Pour the egg mix over the other ingredients.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the egg mix is solid.
