Flatbread

8.5 dl flour
1 tsp salt
500g yogurt plain

Mix all ingredients to a dough. Cover and let rest 30 minutes.

Divide the dough in 8 pieces. Roll or press out to rounds. Add extra flour on both sides. Move to a dry hot pan and fry each side approximately 1 minute.

The finished bread is fluffy with a light brown colour.
