Coconut Macarons

50g melted butter
1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make balls (or ‘tops’) and put on an oven tray, covered with grease proof paper. Bake for 12 minutes in 200C.

Melt the chocolate and decorate.
