Chilli and Garlic Cucumber

3 tsp salt
3 jalapeño red, sliced
6 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp parsley (or 3 tsp dried)
3 tbsp dill (or 3 tsp dired)
1 tbsp rapeseed oil to sprinkle on before serving

Cut the cucumber to 4-5 cm long pieces and cut the pieced length wise in eight.

Mix salt, sugar, vinegar, chilli and garlic. Add the cucumber and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with oil and the green herbs before serving.
