2 onion sliced
to taste salt
Marinade

6 lime (juice only)
16 cloves garlic
To serve

1 lime cut in quarters

Mix the lime juice, garlic, oregano and half of the oil. Marinade the chicken for 1 to 2 hours.

Fry the onion in the rest of the oil.

Cut the chicken in chunks and put on skewers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grill until cooked.

Serve with flatbread*, salad, lime, onion, tzatziki and salsa.
