Carrot Tray Cake

  20-24     50 min   175°C       25 min  

6 dl carrot grated
Frosting

Melt the butter.

Whisk egg and sugar until white and puffy.

Mix flour with bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and cardamom. Add this to the egg mix.

Stir down the grated carrot and pour the batter in an oven tray (30×40 cm). Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Mix the ingredients to the frosting and spread over the cake. Garnish is optional.
