Blueberry Cake

200°C       25-30 min     5 min  

2.5 dl flour
1-2 dl blueberry or any berry or fruit

Melt butter and let cool slightly. Mix all ingredients together (stir gently).

Pour the batter into a springform, buttered and covered with breadcrumbs. Add your favourite berries or fruit.

Put in oven 200ºC, 25-30 minutes.

With pear, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
With raspberries
A comment on this

This is a favourite because it easy and only takes 30 minutes to bake. Add whatever fruit or berries you have home and you have a delicious cake for your unexpected guest.
